Soon he, however, befriends a local girl, Marcia, and the foreign life begins to feel more tolerable. Still, the realities of everyday life in a poor village cast a shadow on their games. Despite her young age, Marcia has to take responsibility for her family.Through his son’s eyes, Wojciech Staroń depicts life in the Azara village in northeast Argentina. The filmmaker moved to the village with his family after his wife’s work.
